Courage Yard Wellness Day - 21st May 2022

An entire day dedicated to Wellness just around the corner at Tower Bridge, with free sessions covering stretch, yoga and of course pilates. What’s not to love?

Running from 10am - 4 pm, we will be there in force taking classes and offering advice and support for novices and experts alike. Come and say hi, try a new discipline and enjoy what will be (fingers crossed) a beautiful summers day by Tower Bridge. Why not bring a friend?
