Meredith Anderson

Fletcher Pilates Professional Teacher

Meredith started Pilates during her dance training as a way to gain flexibility, add length and strengthen her body. After completing her Bachelors honours program in dance she continued her passion for movement as a professional dancer and choreographer. Meredith continued to see the amazing ability of Pilates to improve not only strength and flexibility but also general health and well-being. She wanted to find another way that she could share her love of movement with others. Through her teacher training with Fletcher Pilates Meredith has found an exercise practise that is based in movement, flow and breath that harmonises the whole body. She continues to push herself to learn and grow as a teacher as well as a mover. Through her classes she hopes to be able to inspire everyone to enjoy movement as a way to improve health, well-being and fitness.
